About The City Palace

The City Palace, along with the city of Jaipur was built in 1727 A.D. by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The City Palace complex is situated in a sprawling area and the buildings are a blend of Mughal & Rajput architecture. The palace has several buildings, courtyards. It is also the official residence of The Royal Family of Jaipur. Also, various venues in The City Palace premises, are very popular for high end destination weddings, film shootings, unique culinary experiences.

Royal Lunch / Dinner

Visionary Her Highness Maharani Padmini Devi & Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur wanted overseas and Indian guests to experience the rich cultural heritage & traditions of The Royal Family of Jaipur, with this objective, a hospitality section was set up in The City Palace which provides multiple options of hosting very exclusive culinary experiences (popularly known as Royal Lunch & Dinner) with heritage theme in the exclusive rooms & beautiful courtyards of the palace.
